Direct-Combustion Technology

The core process uses a self-developed direct-combustion route for spherical metal oxide powders, supporting high purity, narrow particle distribution, low energy consumption, and rapid reaction control.

  • Submicron spherical powder production technology developed in-house.
  • D50 control from 0.1 to 10 microns for alumina and 0.2 to 2 microns for silica.
  • Top-cut control reaching 1 micron for selected products.
  • Dry, wet, and in-situ surface treatment options.
